Back from vacation... which, might I add, was great... I was able to do some pretty cool stuff... like visit old friends (Rachel and Anna), have a reunion with summer college people (I went to a summer program at Cornell University for the summer...), explore New York City, and snowboard.
Here are some highlights of my vacation:
Here we have Anna... I have known Anna since kindergarden... We used to get in so much trouble because we'd never shut up.... I hadn't seen her in 9 years, yet when we finally saw each other in December, it was as if we had never stopped hanging out... She's a funny girl whom I will most likely know throughout adulthood...unless of course, something happens to our e-mail accounts...
Aww... we're almost as cute now as we were at age five...
Also during my vacation, I travelled to New York City to celebrate the new year... I joined my friends: Emily, Matt, Catherine, Jake, and Viva for a party and good company. The next day, we were visited by another summer college person, Tim. While I don't have pictures of everyone, this will have to do... (I'm sorry for neglecting to take pictures of everyone)
There's another person whom I think deserves a spot on this page... His name's Nik. He is quite possibly one of the best friends I've ever had (although if you ask anyone else about how we treated each other for 4 weeks of the 6 week program, they'd say I'm completely insane...maybe I am...but who knows or cares??!) Nik's a really great guy, although his wit and sarcasm sometimes take the better of him... but after awhile, you get used to it... Nik should have been in New York with us for New Year's eve...but since he couldn't physically be there, we called him...
When the revelry at Viva's house ended, I spent 3 days in the City with my dad and brother... It was pretty nice...
My brother and I...
Jacob's a pretty cool kid... we fight a lot...but hey... he's 14... you can't hold that against him...
